# Buy/Sell Tokens on OTC Marketplace

## Step-by-Step Guide on How to Place a Buy Order on the OTC Marketplace:

1. **Sign In**
   * Log into the account on the [Magic Square OTC Marketplace](https://spring.net/discover/magic-square).
   * <mark style="color:red;">**Note:**</mark> KYC verification is required to trade on the OTC Marketplace.
2. **Navigate to Trading**
   * Go to the trading section of the marketplace.
3. **Choose a Round**
   * Select the desired round to buy from based on the vesting terms and the price offered by the sellers.
   * For example, click on round three.
4. **Choose or Place an Order**
   * Either choose from existing offers or place a buyer request.
   * To place the order:
     * Enter the desired purchase price (e.g., $0.15).&#x20;
     * Enter the total dollar amount to buy (e.g., $10).&#x20;
     * Click "Complete" to place the order.
5. **Multiple Orders (Optional)**
   * Since partial sell is not available, consider setting up multiple smaller buy orders at the same price rather than one large buy order.
6. **Accepting Available Offers**
   * When accepting an existing offer:
     * Click on an offer (e.g., $0.15 for $10).
     * Review the information.
     * Click on "Buy Allocation."
7. **Approval and Payment**
   * Green "Pay" button will appear.
   * Click on "Pay."
   * Select the desired currency to use (e.g., USDT on BNB chain).&#x20;
   * Click "Approve" in the wallet.&#x20;
   * Ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the fees.
   * Click "Next" and proceed with the payment.
   * Click on "Confirm" and wait for the confirmation.
8. **Completion**
   * Once the payment is confirmed, the order is completed.
   * The tokens will appear at the top.
   * On the unlock date, the tokens will be automatically airdropped to the wallet; no claim is required.

1. **Sign In**
   * Log into the account on the [Magic Square OTC Marketplace](https://spring.net/discover/magic-square).
2. **Navigate to Trading**
   * After signing in, navigate to the trading section.
3. **Initiate Sell Order**
   * Click on the option "I want to sell."
4. **Set Sell Order Details**
   * Enter the desired selling price for the allocation.&#x20;
   * Enter the dollar value of the allocation to sell.
5. **Multiple Orders (Optional)**
   * Since partial fills are not offered, consider setting up multiple smaller sell orders at the same price rather than one large sell order.
   * For example, setting the order at $10 will prompt the system to calculate how much of the token allocation is being sold.
6. **Complete Listing**
   * Click "Complete Listing" to place the sell order.
7. **Wait for Acceptance**
   * Wait for an offer to be accepted.
   * Once the buyer makes the payment, the USD is automatically received in the wallet.

## How to Add TON Wallet to the OTC Marketplace?

#### Step 1: Navigate to the Portfolio Section

* Click on the [Portfolio tab](https://spring.net/discover/magic-square) in the top navigation bar.

#### Step 2:  Choose the Specific Deal&#x20;

* Click on the deal with the allocation.

#### Step 3:  Add the TON Wallet

* Click on the "Wallets & Answers" button.
