As a new user of the Magic Store, make sure to upgrade your Magic Membership before taking any action in the store, whether it's voting for a project, completing Hot Offers, or referring a friend.
Higher membership tiers increase the amount of Karma you earn from each action in the Magic Store. A Plus Membership will give you an extra 25% Karma Points, Premium will give you an extra 50%, and Premium Plus will give you an extra 100%.
If you're wondering how to upgrade your Magic Membership, here's how:
Navigate to the âMagic Membershipsâ tab.
Before you deposit, make sure that you have decided which Magic Membership you want. You can find more details about the Magic Memberships here.
Click on the âDepositâ button.
Send enough $SQR to cover the Magic Membership Plan (for example, for Premium Plus, you need to deposit 500 $SQR).
Then hit the Refresh Balance button.
You will receive an email notification confirming that your deposit has been successful.
When you see your $SQR tokens in your balance, you're good to go for the upgrade.
Before you upgrade, make sure you have completed the Proof-of-Humanity verification.
Pick the Membership you want (for example, Premium Plus).
Click on the âUpgradeâ button.
Click on âContinueâ.
And you're all set with your Premium Plus Membership! Enjoy!
EXTRA TRICK: First-time membership upgrades are now even more rewarding. Upgrading from Basic to Plus membership earns you +100 Karma points. Moving from Basic to Premium gives you +250 Karma points, and upgrading from Basic to Premium Plus grants you +750 Karma points. Plus members who upgrade to Premium receive +200 Karma points while upgrading from Plus to Premium Plus awards +700 Karma points. Additionally, Premium members stepping up to Premium Plus are rewarded with +500 Karma points.
Combine Magic Memberships with completing Hot Offer campaigns to receive extra Karma Points on top of the regular reward for completing a Hot Offer.
You will earn 2,500 Karma Points for completing a Hot Offer. With a Plus Membership, you will receive an additional 250 Karma Points; with a Premium Membership, you will receive an additional 625 Karma Points; and with a Premium Plus Membership, you will receive an additional 1,250 Karma Points on top of the regular Karma Points for completing the Hot Offer.
Combine Magic Memberships with inviting friends to complete Hot Offer campaigns to receive extra Karma Points on top of the regular reward when your friend completes a Hot Offer.
You will earn 250 Karma Points when you share a Hot Offer, and your friend completes it. With a Plus Membership, you will receive an additional 25 Karma Points; with a Premium Membership, you will receive an additional 62.5 Karma Points; and with a Premium Plus Membership, you will receive an additional 125 Karma Points on top of the regular Karma Points for sharing a Hot Offer and your friend completing it.
EXTRA TRICK: When sharing a Hot Offer with a friend, make sure to forward them the guide on how to complete that specific Hot Offer. This will increase the chance of your friend successfully converting!
Combine Magic Memberships with Refer-a-Friend to receive extra Karma Points on top of the regular reward when your friend joins the Magic Store.
You will earn 250 Karma Points when you Refer a Friend to join the Magic Store. With a Plus Membership, you will receive an additional 25 Karma Points; with a Premium Membership, you will receive an additional 62.5 Karma Points; and with a Premium Plus Membership, you will receive an additional 125 Karma Points on top of the regular Karma Points for Inviting a Friend.
For you to receive the Karma Rewards, your friend needs to complete the Proof-of-Humanitify Verification and earn 500+ Karma Points.
Combine Magic Memberships with voting/validating projects to receive extra Karma Points on top of the regular reward when you vote/validate projects.
You will earn 50 Karma Points when you submit a vote for a project. With a Plus Membership, you will receive an additional 5 Karma Points; with a Premium Membership, you will receive an additional 12.5 Karma Points; and with a Premium Plus Membership, you will receive an additional 25 Karma Points on top of the regular Karma Points for successfully submitting a vote.
EXTRA TRICKS:
Vote on Projects on weekends when there is less activity in the Store, preferably 1 hour before the daily pool is finalized OR
Vote on Projects after your Hot Offer completion is approved.
