# How to Maximize Your Magic Karma Earnings?

## Tip #1:

As a new user of the Magic Store, make sure to upgrade your [Magic Membership](https://docs.magicsquare.io/magic-store/for-users/magic-memberships) before taking any action in the store, whether it's [voting for a project](https://docs.magicsquare.io/magic-store/for-users/guide-community-project-validation), completing [Hot Offers](https://docs.magicsquare.io/magic-store/for-users/hot-offers), or [referring a friend](https://docs.magicsquare.io/magic-store/for-users/refer-a-friend).&#x20;

Higher membership tiers increase the amount of Karma you earn from each action in the Magic Store. A Plus Membership will give you an extra 25% Karma Points, Premium will give you an extra 50%, and Premium Plus will give you an extra 100%.

### Step 2: Deposit $SQR to Your [MagicID](https://docs.magicsquare.io/magic-store/for-users/set-up-your-magic-id)

* Before you deposit, make sure that you have decided which Magic Membership you want. You can find more details about the Magic Memberships [**here**](https://docs.magicsquare.io/magic-store/for-users/magic-memberships).
* Click on the “Deposit” button.

* Send enough [**$SQR**](https://docs.magicsquare.io/sqr-token) to cover the Magic Membership Plan (for example, for Premium Plus, you need to deposit 5000 $SQR).&#x20;
* Then hit the Refresh Balance button.

* You will receive an email notification confirming that your deposit has been successful.
* When you see your $SQR tokens in your balance, you're good to go for the upgrade.

### Step 3: Upgrade to the Premium Plus Membership

* Before you upgrade, make sure you have completed the [Proof-of-Humanity verification](https://docs.magicsquare.io/magic-store/for-users/set-up-your-magic-id/how-to-complete-a-verification-process).
* Pick the Membership you want (for example, Premium Plus).&#x20;
* Click on the “Upgrade” button.

## Tip #2:

To increase your chances of earning daily rewards, make sure you have a Magic Membership before completing any of the actions on the Store listed here: [*How Can You Earn More Karma*](https://docs.magicsquare.io/magic-store/for-users/magic-karma/..#how-can-you-earn-more-karma).

Combine these actions with your Premium Plus Membership to maximize your Karma Points:

* Completing a Hot Offer will earn you 1,000 Karma points plus 50% extra Karma points
* Completing a Non-Hot Offer Campaign will earn you 500 Karma points plus 50% extra Karma points
* If you stake your SQR tokens, especially in long-term pools like the 1-year option which gives the highest Karma return, you’ll accumulate rewards daily and can claim them anytime. By restaking your claimed SQR tokens weekly or monthly, you can build an ongoing staking portfolio and continue earning extra Karma points
* Voting and joining Validation Reward Pools (Public and Exclusive) also grant extra Karma points. Completing a vote earns you 25 Karma points, and joining a reward pool earns 50 Karma points. Since each live validation includes both Public and Exclusive pools, you can earn a total of 125 Karma points plus 50% extra Karma points
