# Hot Offer Onboarding & Rules

Welcome to Magic Square’s **Hot Offer Campaigns**. This guide explains the full onboarding process, responsibilities, and submission review rules to ensure your campaign runs smoothly and delivers results.

## **1. Onboarding Flow**

### **After Payment & Tutorial Submission**

Once the payment is confirmed and the tutorial is submitted:

* **Tutorial Creation**\
 We’ll turn your tutorial into a fully designed tutorial and share it for your review in the final drafts. Please confirm that the steps are accurate and complete.
* **Final Campaign Drafts**\
 After approval, we’ll produce the visuals and finalize the campaign draft for your review.
* **Onboarding Call**\
 Before launch, we’ll schedule a short onboarding call to walk you through:\
 • Submission review process\
 • Tracking spreadsheet\
 • Timelines and expectations\
 • Any last-minute questions
* **After-Call Summary**\
 You’ll receive a written summary after the call so you have a clear reference for how everything will work once we go live.

## **2. Campaign Launch & Submissions**

* **Launch Announcement**\
 We’ll publish your Hot Offer on the [Magic Store](https://magicsquare.io/store/hot-offers) and announce it on X.
* **First Batch of Submissions**\
 The day after launch, you’ll receive the first batch of user submissions in a Google Spreadsheet.
* **Review Process**\
 • Review each submission and mark **Yes** or **No** (column name: Eligible? Yes/No)\
 • Provide a short **reason** for any rejections (column name: Reason of Rejection)\
 • Our team will confirm rewards after your review (column name: Rewarded? Yes/No)

## **3. Submission Review Rules**

### **Review Timeline**

To keep momentum high and ensure users stay engaged, we recommend reviewing all submissions **within 24–48 hours** (excluding weekends).

### **Hard Deadline**

**If submissions are not reviewed within 5 business days, all pending submissions will be automatically approved.**

### **Why This Matters**

Delays in review directly harm the campaign:

* **User interest drops** when submissions go unreviewed in time
* **Trust decreases** in your Hot Offer and in the overall Hot Offers section
* **Future engagement declines**, affecting both your campaign and others campaigns

### **Penalty Window**

If the 5-day review deadline is missed:

* The next batch of submissions will be subject to a **shorter 3-business-day review window**
* Continued delays may affect future opportunities to join Hot Offer campaigns

## **4. Communication & Exceptions**

If you anticipate delays for any reason:

* Please let us know as early as possible
* We can help you **re-strategize** the timing
* We can also **integrate API-based validation** if available, which removes the need for manual submission review

## **5. Final Notes**

* Only submissions marked **Yes** will be rewarded
* Every **No** must include a reason for transparency
* Fast, consistent review keeps users excited and your campaign active
* Our team is here to support you through every step
