Introduction

You can freely download Magic Square logos at the bottom of this page. However, we ask that you please read our guidelines first.

These MagicSquare "Brand Assets" are copyrighted material and may only be used in accordance with the policy laid out below:

• The MagicSquare logos, wordmark, icon

• The MagicSquare name

• Other visual assets produced by MagicSquare; including but not limited to illustrations and 3d models

What You Can Do

You are allowed to use MagicSquare's Brand Assets to:

✅ Refer to our products and services

✅ Link to our official site or products

✅ Announce an official partnership. But only if you have official approval from a qualified member of the MagicSquare team

What You Can Not Do

While we strongly believe in the open-source philosophy, protecting the Magic Square brand is extremely important for our users' security. This is to guarantee that users know what is a genuine product/endorsement and what isn't. A few examples of things you CAN NOT do with our Brand Assets include:

❌ You are not allowed to use our Brand Assets in any product's name, logo, NFTs, etc.

• For example, making an app called "Magic Square Lite" is strictly prohibited.

• Don't use the Magic Square logo in whole or in part of your products' logos, marketing material, website, or any other "official" platform.

• Logos with a strong resemblance to the Magic Square Icon are also prohibited.

❌ You are not allowed to use our Brand Assets to create any digital or physical products for sale. This includes but is not limited to

• Merchandise ("Swag")

• NFTs

• Other products

❌ You are not allowed to create products with derivative names that imply official endorsement

• For example, a social media group called "Magic Square Greece" sounds official and is not allowed. "Magic Square Fans of Greece" may be permitted.

❌ You are not allowed to alter or adapt our Brand Assets in any way

• It is required that any party use all Magic Square logos or other assets exactly as they are provided. It is strictly prohibited to change the colors, reassemble, abbreviate, or change these assets in any way.

Use your common sense and creativity. If you want to make something relating to the Magic Square ecosystem, make it your own. Have fun making a unique brand that's clearly yours -- if your product is strong, you won't need to rely on remixing MagicSquare's brand.
