As the Magic community continues to grow, it's important to stay vigilant against potential threats to your account security and assets. Here are some guidelines to help you maintain the integrity of your social accounts on Discord and Telegram. 

## Discord Security Guidelines:

* **Verify Moderators and Community Team Members:**\
  Always verify the identity of individuals offering assistance on the Discord server. Magic Square moderators and community team members will consistently have designated roles such as 🔴Magic Square team and 🟣Community team.

* **Beware of Direct Messages (DMs):**\
  The Magic Square Team will never initiate a direct message (DM) with you or request you to send a DM. Avoid engaging with anyone suggesting private messages, as they may be attempting to compromise your security.
* **Privacy Settings:**\
  Within the Magic Square server, click on "Privacy settings" and toggle off the "Direct messages" option to avoid receiving DMs from suspicious users.

## **Telegram Security Guidelines:**

* **Verify Admins:**\
  Always confirm the legitimacy of an administrator by checking for the "Admin" tag positioned on the right side of the user's name. Alternatively, you can click on the user's profile, inquire within the group to verify their status, or check the group information.
