The Magic Store believes in the power of community and its role in curating the best projects. For a project to be listed on the Magic Store, it must go through a Community Validation Voting process on SnapShot. This is an excellent opportunity for users to discover new projects and contribute to the Magic Store's offerings while earning Karma Points and a Free NFT Reward for their participation.
Screenshot 1 shows how to navigate to the Validation Area. After logging in, users can access their profile by clicking on the icon at the bottom left of the screen. Highlight to your followers that their profile is the gateway to the community validation process.
Once users have accessed their profile, they can find the "Project Validation" button in the left-side menu, as shown in Screenshot 2. This is where they can start the process of participating in a validation vote.
Upon reaching the Project Validation Area, users will be able to choose which project they want to vote on from a list. Screenshot 3 shows how to select a project and initiate the voting process by clicking the green "Vote" button. After this step, users will be redirected to the SnapShot page hosting the voting.
Before users can vote, they must connect their wallet to SnapShot. Screenshot 4 underlines the importance of using the same EVM wallet connected to the Magic Store. Make sure to emphasize this detail to your followers.
Screenshot 5 illustrates the voting process on SnapShot, where users can select either "Yes" or "No" to validate a project, then confirm their vote by signing in with their EVM wallet. By voting, users are not only shaping the Magic Store offerings but also earning valuable rewards.
Voting brings rewards! Screenshot 6 shows that users earn additional Karma Points to their balance after each voting action. It's a key incentive and a great talking point when promoting the voting process.
In addition to voting, users are encouraged to leave reviews explaining their voting decision on the project page. Screenshot 7 demonstrates this step, which offers users an opportunity to share their thoughts and contribute to the collective wisdom of the Magic Store community.
To participate in the validation process, users must have a fully verified Magic Store account, which includes connecting an EVM wallet, verifying their email, and choosing a username. Those who do not meet these requirements will not be able to vote and earn rewards.
