Flagging is a feature we've implemented to enable our dedicated moderation team to closely monitor any content or behavior that violates our guidelines and rules.

Actions That Qualify for Flagging:

Plagiarism:

Plagiarism is a severe ethical violation involving copying content without proper attribution or permission, undermining the authenticity of user-generated content.

Examples of Plagiarism Include:

• Copying identical or substantially similar content from other users, including text and images, without mentioning the author.

• Repeating or closely mirroring threads/tweets on Twitter without adding new insights.

• Duplicating posts, comments, or discussions from any online forums without providing proper attribution.

Acceptable Practices Examples:

• Clearly indicating quoted content and providing original author information.

• Including the source's title, publication date, and a direct link when applicable.

• Using quotation marks or formatting to distinguish quoted text from the user's original content.

Spam Submission:

Spam submissions on Zealy involve submitting content that lacks genuine value, context, or relevance to the given tasks, and will also be flagged accordingly.

Flagging System for Zealy

Here is an overview of the flagging system and the resulting consequences for user accounts:

Warning: Users violating rules receive a warning to rectify their behavior without immediate suspension.

Permanent Ban: Complete removal from the Zealy campaign, ensuring the integrity of the campaign.

Acknowledging the possibility of errors, we have established an appeals process to address situations where content may be mistakenly flagged. This ensures that users have a fair opportunity to contest decisions made by our moderation team. Here is an overview of how our appeals process operates:

• If you think your content was flagged or your account acted unfairly, you can appeal by submitting a support ticket on our Discord or Telegram support.

• Our team will carefully review your appeal, considering your perspective and any additional info. This process may take up to 3 days.

• After reviewing, we'll decide if the action was warranted or should be reversed. You'll be promptly informed of the outcome.
